Terms of Use
By using Naviap, you agree to these terms. In short: the app is a personal assistant, not a medical or financial service; your data is yours; we can’t recover your master password.
1. The service
Naviap is an app for personal matters: tasks, shopping, habits, payments, people, wishes, films and books, health and a vault. The service is provided by Hanna Alesik (see “Legal Notice”). It is currently free; if paid features are added, the payment terms will be shown before purchase.
2. Account
- Accounts are for people aged 16 and over; one account per person.
- You are responsible for access to your email and to the devices you sign in on.
- You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Data → “Delete the account”.
3. Your data
Everything you add remains yours. We use your data only to make the app work (details in the Privacy Policy). You can export it in Settings → Data → “Download my data”.
4. Vault and master password
The Vault, lab results and measurements are encrypted with your master password on your device. We don’t know it. If both the password and the recovery key are lost, the encrypted data can’t be recovered, so keep the key somewhere safe.
5. Health and money: no advice
Naviap is not a medical device or a financial service. Med reminders, reference ranges for lab results and charts only help you keep track; make treatment decisions with a doctor. A notification may not arrive (network, phone settings, a failure), so don’t rely on it in life-critical situations. Payment amounts and dates are your own entries; we don’t check them.
6. Rules
You may not use Naviap for anything unlawful, store other people’s data without the right to do so, send spam through invitations and links, try to break into the service or overload it with automated requests. In case of a serious violation, we may restrict or close the account, after notice by email and with a chance to export the data where possible.
7. Shared lists and links
When you invite people to a list or share your wishlist, you decide who sees what. Members can change the items of a shared list. A link can be turned off, and a member can be removed.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Naviap stable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (a missed payment, a forgotten date). This doesn’t limit consumer rights that can’t be excluded by law.
9. Third-party data
Film and series information comes from TMDB; Naviap uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Product names, prices and photos are taken from shop pages and may be inaccurate.
10. Changes and governing law
We will announce significant changes to these terms in the app in advance; if they don’t suit you, you can export your data and delete your account. Spanish law applies; consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence. Questions and complaints: hola@naviap.app.
