How can we help?

Sections
- TodayThe main screen: everything that matters today on one page — the plan, habits, meds, dates and payments.
- TasksThings to do, with a due date or without: write it as you think, the app works out the rest.
- Shopping and listsShopping — what to buy, by shop lists. Lists — reusable checklists: “Beach”, “Travel”. Both can be kept together with your people.
- HabitsSmall daily things and routines of several steps. Ticked with one tap, no history or statistics.
- PeopleFamily, friends, colleagues — birthdays and other dates, “time to call” and gift ideas.
- PaymentsOnly the regular ones: subscriptions, rent, insurance. How much goes out a month, what’s charged this week and when a free trial ends. There’s no history of payments.
- WishlistYour wishes — with a link, price and photo. Share them as text or as a link where friends reserve gifts and you don’t see who chose what.
- RecipesTwo shelves: “Cooking” and “Beauty” (masks, scrubs, care). What’s missing goes to shopping with one tap.
- Films & booksShelves of films, series and books: what you’re watching and reading, what you want to, what’s done. Plus new releases in cinemas and on streaming services.
- HealthMeds with reminders, lab tests and body measurements. Lab tests and measurements are encrypted with the vault’s master password.
- VaultPasswords, documents and Wi-Fi — encrypted with a master password right on the device. Nobody but you can read them — not even the server.
- SettingsLook, colour, notifications, sections, the vault and your account’s data.
Frequent questions
What is Naviap and how much does it cost?
An app for everyday life: tasks, shopping and lists, habits, payments, people and dates, a wish list, recipes, films and books, health and a vault — all in one place. Right now Naviap is free and has no ads. If paid features ever come, you’ll see the terms before paying anything.
How do I install Naviap on a phone or computer?
iPhone: open app.naviap.app in Safari → the “Share” button → “Add to Home Screen”.
Android: open app.naviap.app in Chrome → the ⋮ menu → “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”).
Computer: open app.naviap.app in Chrome or Edge and click the install icon in the address bar.
The installed app opens from its icon, like any other.
How do I sign in? Do I need a password?
No password needed, and signing in and signing up are the same thing: if there’s no account yet, it’s created by itself. Enter your e-mail and you’ll get a message with a 6-digit code and a link. Type the code in the app or open the link on the same device. Or tap “Continue with Google”. If the app is installed on an iPhone, use the code: the link in the e-mail opens in Safari, not in the app.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Ireland (EU). The vault (passwords, documents, Wi-Fi), lab results and measurements are encrypted on your device with the master password: only the ciphertext reaches the server, and not even we can read it. We don’t sell data and don’t show ads. More in the privacy policy.
Can I use it on several devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on your phone and computer and the data syncs by itself. The vault opens with the same master password; Face ID / fingerprint for it is turned on on each device separately: Settings → Vault.
Does Naviap work offline?
Yes. Everything already in the app opens and can be changed without a connection. Changes are saved on the device and go out by themselves once you’re back online. Offline you can’t sign in, search for films and books, get link previews in the wish list, use invitations to shared lists or delete the account. The very first start on a new device also needs a connection.
Why don’t notifications arrive?
Check in order: in Settings → Notifications they’re on and this device is listed under “Devices”; notifications for Naviap are allowed in the phone’s or browser’s settings; it isn’t “Quiet hours” (set in the same place; pills still remind you then) or Do Not Disturb.
On an iPhone notifications only reach the installed app (iOS 16.4 or later). On Android, check the browser isn’t under strict battery saving. You can try “Send a test notification”. Notifications only work when you’re signed in.
What is the morning digest?
One notification at the time you choose instead of several: today’s tasks, birthdays and other dates, “time to call”, tomorrow’s charges, the end of a free trial and “time to measure”. Pills, routines, tasks with their own time and the birthday reminder the day before come separately, on time. Switch to “Each separately” in Settings → Notifications.
Do friends see who is giving what from my wish list?
Wish list → “Share” → “As a link with reserving”. Friends open the link without an account and mark “I’ll get this”; other guests see that the gift is already taken. You never see the reservations, in the app or anywhere else: the surprise stays a surprise.
What if I forget the vault’s master password?
Tap “Forgot the password? Recovery key”, enter the recovery key shown when the vault was created and set a new password. Without the password and without the key nobody can recover the vault, us included: that’s how the encryption works. Keep the key somewhere safe, away from your phone. While you remember the password, you can get a new key in Settings → Vault → “Recovery key”.
How do I download my data?
Settings → Data → “Download my data”. You get a ZIP: every section (JSON), tasks, shopping and payments also as tables (CSV), and the wish photos. Passwords, documents, Wi-Fi, lab results and measurements go into the archive only if the vault is open and you tick it — then they’re not encrypted in the file, so keep it carefully. Document scans and lab result sheets are not included.
How do I delete the account?
Settings → Data → “Delete the account”, and type your e-mail to confirm. All data, photos and scans are deleted, then the account itself — at once and for good. Before that you can download your data.
How do I change the language, theme or colour?
Settings → “Look”: the theme (light, dark, like the phone), the text size and the language — Russian, Spanish, English or German. The colour is further down, under “Colour”: ten pairs of ink and paper.
